The pictured SBR stack is illustrative. SBR and SBH modules are not interchangeable. Usable DC energy is a manufacturer test figure; AC delivery and available output depend on the inverter, battery configuration and conditions.
When the grid fails
Backup needs the appropriate isolation equipment and installation. We define supported loads, surge demand, reserve and solar recharge behaviour.

Sungrow’s May 2026 Australian high-voltage battery terms provide 10-year limited product and performance cover, including 70% retained capacity for the specified use. Self-consumption/backup and other applications have different cycling or throughput conditions. Temperature, monitoring and other operating requirements apply.
Keep your serial numbers, commissioning record, supplied manuals and warranty documents. At handover we discuss monitoring access, reserve settings, alerts and who to contact for support.
