The BAT10.0 model name does not mean 10 kWh usable: the referenced current Australian datasheet lists 9.0 kWh usable. Figures use beginning-of-life testing at 25°C, 0.2C and 100% depth of discharge. Reserve and conversion affect household delivery. Expansion depends on supported module and controller combinations.
When the grid fails
Backup needs the appropriate isolation equipment and installation. We define supported loads, surge demand, reserve and solar recharge behaviour.

The referenced Australian SigenStor terms provide 10-year limited product cover with separate battery-performance conditions. Retained capacity, throughput, connectivity and operating requirements apply. Manufacturer warranty and installation workmanship are separate.
Keep your serial numbers, commissioning record, supplied manuals and warranty documents. At handover we discuss monitoring access, reserve settings, alerts and who to contact for support.
