The 5 kW example is not a package offer or a universal ESA rating. Bypass current describes grid power passing through the system, rather than battery power available during an outage.
When the grid fails
Backup needs the appropriate isolation equipment and installation. We define supported loads, surge demand, reserve and solar recharge behaviour.

GoodWe’s current AU/NZ inverter terms list 10-year limited cover for ESA 3–10K single-phase and ESA 5–30K three-phase ranges. Confirm the exact supplied model, exclusions and claim process; older ESA products may have different cover.
Keep your serial numbers, commissioning record, supplied manuals and warranty documents. At handover we discuss monitoring access, reserve settings, alerts and who to contact for support.
