Home battery behaviour
Charging an EV can use a large amount of energy. Discuss whether home-battery discharge should be restricted while the car charges.
Smart solar modes depend on compatible system hardware, metering, communications and settings. We specify those requirements in the proposal rather than treating them as included with every charger.

The current Australian EVAC terms list three years of limited product cover, with installation, activation, registration and network conditions. Charger cover is separate from the SigenStor battery warranty.
These AC chargers use the vehicle’s onboard AC-to-DC charger. They are different from Sigenergy’s optional DC EV charging module. Do not assume an AC charger can power your home from the car: V2H or V2G requires separately supported equipment, a compatible vehicle and applicable approvals.
Your proposal covers the model, installation work, protection, any metering, commissioning, app setup and operating settings. We confirm connectivity and warranty documents at handover.
